Pollen is collected over a long period of time, from the end of May to the end of August from a large number of different plants, so it contains pollen grains in many colors.
The collected pollen is dried in dryers that control humidity and temperature electronically, so that the dried pollen contains 8-10% of moisture, and the drying temperature does not exceed 38˚C.
Next, impurities and damaged pollen grains are removed from the dried pollen and it is packed in bags of 0.5 kg and 1 kg, or in packages according to the customer's wishes.
The beehives from which honey is collected are located in several locations that are rich in acacia forests and beautiful meadows: on the mountain Kukavica, as well as in the valley of the river Morava, 20 km from Leskovac.
The honey is processed, packed and stored in the premises that are under the supervision of the Veterinary Inspection in Leskovac and are approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry - Veterinary Department.
